I just came across a reference to a new LIDAR/GIS blog through a post by Jason Amadori on LiDAR DTM editing.

1. From what I can find out Revit is still not point cloud friendly.

Brent Gelhar from Optech correctly pointed out to me that my comment about structured light laser scanners being like a flash LiDAR was well, let’s say, wrong.
