FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Meet Xavia – She Sees Everything
XenomatiX Unveils Its Most Advanced Solid-State LiDAR Yet

XenomatiX Solid-State LiDAR Xavia

Leuven, Belgium – XenomatiX, pioneer in solid-state LiDAR technology, proudly announces the launch of Xavia, its most advanced next-generation solid-state LiDAR system.

Who is Xavia?
Xavia is both human and machine—embodying the efficiency of high-tech engineering with the perceptiveness of human vision. That’s what inspired her name. Built to lead in industrial sensing, Xavia represents the latest evolution in the XenoLidar family, first introduced by XenomatiX in 2017

“She” feeds AI with rich-data, enhanced sensing capabilities, high-speed processing, seamless plug-and-play integration and an all-in-one sensor-fusion solution in a single box.

Engineered to address the growing needs of smart city analytics, infrastructure monitoring, automotive and security applications, Xavia has all the characteristics of a solid state lidar, delivering superior performance, durability and performance without moving parts.

With incredible dynamic range, she can measure objects as far as 140 meters—and as close as just a few centimetres at the same time. Traffic signs and other reflective surfaces are reliably detected thanks to the onboard Advanced Reflector Handling, which allows Xavia to observe dark objects even when they are positioned next to highly reflective ones.

Xavia floods the entire scene with laser light to ensure nothing is missed yet remains completely safe as a Class 1 eye-safe product.

“One of the strongest unique features of Xavia is the potential to stand shoulder to shoulder with cameras,” says Filip Geuens, CEO at XenomatiX. “We recognize that lidar and cameras are most powerful when combined—that’s why we’ve integrated them into a single solution.” Filip also adds, “At XenomatiX, we firmly believe in the value of lidar and recognize it as essential technology. That’s why we’re committed to making it accessible at a fair price. Because different applications demand different solutions, we offer flexible configuration options—allowing you to customize your Xavia unit to fit your exact needs. In short, you only pay for what you actually require.”

With Xavia, XenomatiX sets a new benchmark in perception technology—combining precision, intelligence, and simplicity like never before.

Xavia is set to be released in September 2025, but customers can already make reservations. An online store will be available to offer the solid state lidar for immediate purchase.
